Make sure you are familiar with:

Using your mic and camera
Annotation tools (marker, highlighting)
Screen sharing (with sound)

Make your 25 minutes count

Within the demo time, you should clearly show:

What makes your class interesting
Your unique teaching style

Discuss the reading part in an engaging way and highlight key points.

👉 It is essential that you demonstrate your strengths within the 25 minutes.

Teaching younger learners

Some students might have lower focus, start drawing on the screen, or moving around:

Please do not be strict or angry with them.
Keeping them engaged and interested is the most important thing.
If they draw too much, use class tools to control or disable drawing.

Go beyond the textbook

Try to expand on the content naturally.
Have simple, related conversations with the student.
Feel free to use pictures or short videos to make the class more lively and help them understand better.

Use the board effectively

Write new words and vocabulary on the board.
Explain their meanings clearly to help the student understand and remember them.
