You must install the PC or Mac desktop application for your teaching evaluation. The mobile app lacks essential teaching tools (split-screen slide sharing, floating annotation markers, and computer sound sharing).

When sharing lesson slides, if you do not check "Share Computer Sound" in the bottom-left corner of the Share window, your evaluator cannot hear song clips or phonics audio!

Q2: On macOS, VooV says "Screen Recording Permission Denied" when sharing slides. ∨
macOS requires authorization. Go to System Settings βž” Privacy & Security βž” Screen Recording. Toggle the switch ON next to VooV Meeting and restart the app before your demo.
Q3: Can I teach or do my demo on a tablet or phone? ∨
No. The 25-minute mock demo must be conducted on a laptop or desktop computer (Windows or Mac). Mobile devices lack essential screen sound sharing and annotation tools.
Q4: What if my internet drops during the demo? ∨
Don't panic! Because you are using your permanent PMI, your room number never changes. Simply reconnect, re-open your PMI room, and your evaluator will re-enter immediately.
Q5: Does VooV require a VPN? ∨
No VPN is required or recommended. VooV Meeting operates on Tencent's direct global fiber network with zero VPN required. Running an active VPN can introduce lag or disconnects.
