  • Begin: "Hello Connect Recruiting Agency and partner schools, my name is [Name]..."
  • Mention qualifications, experience, and why you love teaching English
  • Quiet, well-lit room — bookshelf or plain professional background
  • Camera mounted on a stable surface — no shaky handheld footage
  • Speak clearly and confidently — aim for 1.5 to 2 minutes
  • Smile — let your personality and passion for teaching come through

4
Earnings & Weekly Payouts
💵 How You Get Paid
Earnings are based on completed and confirmed 25-minute sessions. All classes taught Monday–Sunday are tallied and paid every Friday without exception.
How Your Rate is Determined

Your rate per 25-minute class is agreed upon and fixed at the time of hiring. Assessed individually by our academic team based on:

Nationality
Country of origin & native language
Accent Quality
Clarity & suitability for young learners
Professionalism
Experience, qualifications & demo
⭐ RECOMMENDED
USDT / Cryptocurrency — Primary Payment Method

We strongly recommend USDT (Tether) as your primary payout method. Fast, borderless, and available to teachers in every country — with zero banking delays. Payments arrive in your crypto wallet every Friday.

🤝 We'll Walk You Through Everything
Never used crypto before? No problem. Connect will personally guide you through creating and verifying your wallet, understanding USDT, and withdrawing funds to your local bank. Just let your manager know and we'll set up a walkthrough session.
Other Accepted Payment Methods
  • Payoneer — Payoneer to Payoneer direct transfer; fast and widely accepted
  • PayPal — easy setup; available in most countries (fees may apply)
📋 Rate Review Policy
Your rate is fixed at the time of hiring. After 6 months of active teaching, a rate review may be requested and discussed with your manager. Any adjustment is case-by-case and never automatic.

Software Setup: ClassIn & VooV
ClassIn — Communication Hub

ClassIn is not your classroom — it is your communication platform. Everything outside the live class happens here.

  • Download from classin.com (PC or Mac)
  • Log in with credentials sent by your manager
  • Chat & receive materials — your Monitor will share lesson slides, class info and student details here
  • Contact your Monitor through ClassIn for any class-related question
  • Contact students through ClassIn if they are late or absent
  • All class schedules and updates are delivered via ClassIn
⚠️ Credentials
Your ClassIn login is sent by the manager after shortlisting. Never share your credentials with anyone.
VooV Meeting — Your Classroom

VooV is where every live class happens. Your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) is your permanent virtual classroom — students always join the same room.

  • Download from voovmeeting.com
  • Go to Settings → Personal Meeting ID (PMI) — set and save it immediately
  • Always use your PMI for every class — never use a random room link
  • Submit your PMI link in your teacher profile on the website
  • Practice: whiteboard, screen share with audio, annotation tools
  • Watch the setup video sent on WhatsApp — covers every VooV feature
🔑 PMI = Your Permanent Class
Your PMI is your classroom address. Students join it every session. Do not change it after submitting. Using a different link will cause students to miss class.
💡 How the Two Apps Work Together
ClassIn = everything around the class (schedule, materials, chat, monitoring)  |  VooV = the live class itself. Open both before every session.
✅ Pre-Session Checklist (Do This Every Class)
2 min before class: check ClassIn for student info → open your VooV PMI room → confirm camera & mic → close unused apps → ensure quiet, well-lit space. Never teach on mobile data.

Demo Class Preparation Guide
🎯 What the Demo Evaluates
A live 25-minute mock teaching session over VooV Meeting (using your Personal Meeting ID) with our academic coordinator acting as the student. Evaluators look at your communication clarity, lesson pacing, student engagement, whiteboard use, and teaching personality.
Before the Demo — Checklist
  • Receive WhatsApp notification from manager → log in to profile page → collect ClassIn credentials
  • Open ClassIn and message your Class Monitor to get the class information, student level, and courseware materials
  • Watch the full preparation video sent on WhatsApp — at least twice
  • Practice whiteboard tools in VooV (marker, highlighter, eraser)
  • Test screen sharing with audio
  • Share your Personal Meeting ID link with the coordinator
  • Ensure your environment is quiet, clean, and well-lit
During the Demo — 25 Minutes
  • Open with energy — warmth and enthusiasm matter from second one
  • Show your unique teaching personality and communication style
  • Discuss the reading passage in an animated, interactive way
  • Use the whiteboard actively — write vocabulary, highlight key points
  • Go beyond the slides — expand with related conversations
  • Reading slides word-for-word without engagement
  • Speaking in a monotone or rushing through content
  • Spending too long on a single activity
📚 Getting Your Teaching Materials
Your demo materials are provided by your Class Monitor via ClassIn. Before your scheduled demo, open ClassIn and message your monitor to discuss the course information, student level, and lesson content. Do not prepare generic slides — use only materials provided for the specific demo class.

Going Beyond the Textbook
  • Expand naturally: use the topic as a springboard for brief real-world conversations
  • Supporting media: short clips or images improve comprehension

  • Real-life connection: relate content to student's school or hobbies
  • Encourage speaking: ask open questions requiring more than yes/no
