Please install the main classroom platform and the backup tool on your teaching computer:

🎒 ClassIn app (PC & Mobile)

This is our primary teaching platform. Download ClassIn on PC & Mobile, register a new personal account, then input your login details below so our team can arrange your demo.

🤝 VooV Meeting (PC & Mobile)

This is our secondary meeting platform. You must configure your Personal Meeting ID (PMI) on this account.

2. Hardware Setup Checklist

Verify that your teaching station meets our partner school technical requirements:

• High-Speed Internet: Stable connection (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download) with an Ethernet cable plugged directly into your computer.
• Headset & Camera: A dedicated USB headset with noise-canceling microphone, and an external HD webcam (720p minimum).
• Professional Background: Clean classroom setting or neutral wall with strong, bright front lighting (ring light highly recommended).

Submit Setup to Academic Department

Once submitted, your application and setup details will be reviewed and forwarded directly to our Academic Department. When your profile is picked for evaluation, an assigned academic monitor will create a ClassIn group chat with you to coordinate and agree on:

1. ClassIn Group Chat: Your monitor introduces themselves on ClassIn to connect with you directly.

2. Schedule & Material Alignment: You and your monitor agree on your exact demo time (based on your 3 proposed slots) and teaching curriculum.

3. Live Demo Evaluation: Your 25-minute mock evaluation class is held at that agreed time inside your VooV Meeting room.

🔒 ClassIn Account Password (Required)

Your password allows our team to configure your classroom and arrange your demo with the academic monitor.

🤝 VooV Meeting ID or PMI Link (Required)

Please paste your VooV Meeting PMI Link or Meeting ID here. This acts as the backup communication channel for your demo.

📅 Propose 3 Demo Class Time Slots (Beijing Time - BJT)

Select 3 distinct preferred date & time slots in Beijing Time (BJT / GMT+8) when you are available for your 25-minute mock evaluation session on VooV Meeting.
