Payment Policies & Methods

Connect Recruiting Agency maintains strict accounting transparency. Review our transaction and schedule policies carefully:

• 
  Weekly Payout Schedule: Class logs from the previous week (Monday to Sunday evening) are audited. Remittances are processed on Friday evenings (occasionally extending to Wednesday-Friday mornings).
• 
  Payment Schedule, Threshold & Transfer Fees: 🔹 Regular Processing: Every single Friday following weekly attendance audit.
  🔹 Minimum Threshold: $50.00 USD. Earnings below $50 are safely carried forward to the following week.
  🔹 Transfer Fees (All Channels - Payoneer, PayPal & Crypto): $4.00 flat fee for payments under $100 USD; 4.0% transfer fee for payments of $100 USD and above.

  Teaching Commitment: We require a minimum availability of 10 hours per week scheduled between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM Beijing Time. All lessons are conducted in a private 1:1 format (one teacher, one student) and are exactly 25 minutes long.
