  Weekly Payout Schedule: Class logs from the previous week (Monday to Sunday evening) are audited. Remittances are processed on Friday evenings (occasionally extending to Wednesday-Friday mornings).

  Methods & Fees Structure: ⭐ USDT / Crypto (Primary - Recommended): Direct wallet payout with zero banking delays and zero transaction fees deducted by Connect.
  🔹 Payoneer & PayPal (Alternatives): Payoneer direct transfer or standard PayPal payment options.
  🔹 Payout Threshold: Minimum $50. Earnings below $50 are carried forward.

  Teaching Commitment: We require a minimum availability of 10 hours per week scheduled between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM Beijing Time. All lessons are conducted in a private 1:1 format (one teacher, one student) and are exactly 25 minutes long.
