Connect Recruiting Agency acts as a matching portal between qualified ESL teachers and third-party virtual schools. Our recruitment, tech guidance, and onboarding support are 100% free of charge for candidates. We do not extract fees from teachers.
Applicants agree to submit accurate credential documents (including degrees, certificates, and work profiles) during recruitment. Providing falsified qualification sheets will result in immediate disqualification and termination of pending onboarding options.
Tutors placed in partner platforms (including ClassIn and VooV) must adhere to professional virtual guidelines. This includes maintaining a neat background, dressing professionally, arriving 5–10 minutes before scheduled lessons, and keeping system latency low during active hours.
Tutors placed through our agency are engaged as independent contractors of the partner online schools, not as direct employees of Connect Recruiting Agency. Each partner school coordinates lesson bookings and payroll distributions directly according to their specific contract sheets.
