About the Role

• Connect Recruiting Agency is seeking passionate and energetic Online English Second Language (ESL) Tutors to join our global network. In this role, you will teach English 1-on-1 to kids and teenagers online. We provide all the curriculum slides on the ClassIn platform, meaning you have zero lesson planning or grading to worry about. Focus entirely on what you do best: teaching!

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging 1-on-1 English lessons using prepared ClassIn slides.
• Patiently guide young learners and adjust teaching pace to suit their needs.
• Provide brief, constructive feedback on student performance after each class.
• Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection and professional teaching background.

What We Look For

• Native or near-native English speakers with clear pronunciation.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred (undergraduates welcome to apply).
• Active teaching credentials preferred (TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or State License).
• Energetic, friendly, and patient personality suited for teaching kids and teens.
• A quiet teaching workspace equipped with a computer, webcam, and headset.
